By accessing Spatial Harmony’s website and purchasing services, you agree to these binding terms. If you do not agree, refrain from using our site or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Service Descriptions & Limitations

Spatial energy audits and meditation sessions are complementary practices and not substitutes for licensed architectural, engineering, or medical advice. We provide energetic recommendations only; any structural modifications require consultation with a licensed professional. We guarantee no specific outcomes regarding wealth, health, or relationships.

Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is due at booking. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance receive a 90% refund; within 48 hours, 50%. No refunds after delivery of digital reports or recordings. Partial refunds for incomplete services are prorated based on work completed. All disputes are governed by the laws of Coconino County, Arizona.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including guided meditations, Yantra diagrams, and audit methodologies—is copyrighted property of Spatial Harmony LLC. Clients receive a non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use of materials is prohibited without prior written consent.

Liability Waiver

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from service use, including emotional distress or misinterpretation of energy readings. Maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service. You agree to indemnify us against claims from third parties resulting from your use of our advice.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Flagstaff, Arizona, under the American Arbitration Association rules. Class actions are waived. You have 30 days from the event to notify us of a claim; failure to do so bars the claim.
